  New furniture and appliances all scratched. When I reported this to them, they stopped taking my calls and never called me back. Avoid at all cost. I reported them to the BBB so you can see how bad they are there. Crew members were obviously newbies and kept dropping every piece. Even though I told them several times to be careful.

  I paid 300$ for 3 movers. They showed up unprepared and began moving stuff carelessly, hitting it on the walls, dragging my couches on the concrete. Then kept on asking for water, so I went and bought them some. Once we got to my new apartment they started to get lazy and use their phones so I had to tell them something. Then they set everything up and I started to point out broken legs on my entertainment center, holes in my brand new couch, paint and big chips out of the rest of my furniture. The mover told me to contact “Tim” so I called their office and get the run around for about 4 days. On the 5th day I call and “Adrian” tells me his movers didn’t take Any pictures of damages so they will not fix or reimburse me for Any damages caused by them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR STUFF AND BLAME YOU FOR IT. THEY’RE VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CARELESS.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled a move a week and a half before the actual day. Called the day before to confirm the time, was told by Tom he was out of the office and would call back to confirm the time. He never called. Day of move 10 AM was my schedule time, the movers were no show. I called at 1015 AM to see how far out the movers where, once again was told I'd get a call back when movers where on their way. 11 am came around I called back my calls were forwarded to voicemail box. I was forced to find other mover day of the move. Do yourself a favor Do Not Use Elite Movers!!!
