Called last minute to get movers due to another company cancelling on me. They fit me right in for the next day! Had a few hickups but everything was professionally resolved! Definitely would recommend this company and use them in the future.

After 30 minutes past of the designated time of arrival for the movers to show up, I reached out to get an ETA. I come to find out that the movers were still at another job and were going to stop to get food before coming here, after already delaying us several hours due to “blanking” in their schedule. I call the owner and leave a voicemail, never get a call back from him. He goes on to argue with me over text message instead. Poor business practices and professionalism from an owner who says “We guarantee customer satisfaction each and every time or I will personally make it right.” Expect lies and poor communication from this company. There are plenty of other moving companies that will gladly help you out.

We are sorry that you feel this way, but you never actually received our services due to cancellation on your end before our 1 hour arrival window of 12-1. We realize that moving is stressful. So we understand the hostility in the matter, however the blatant disrespect towards a company trying to put together a last minute job for you is more than unnecessary. Like any other service industry, we give an arrival time window for any unforeseen obstacles that hinder our estimated time of completion for that particular job. Ours was 12-1. At 12:30 you and your father were both sending hateful messages to me while I was wrapping up with another client (who isn’t any more or less important than you are) who booked with us over a month ago. Your messages are what I replied to as they were what I saw first. We were only 5 minutes away from you and even with the guys grabbing food on the way would’ve put us there before 1pm. We never arrived because you cancelled the job before we were even technically late, and to be honest I’m glad that you did. No one deserves to be treated like that, spoken down to, or to be present in a negative environment. Especially in a job like moving, it’s hard enough as it is. I’m not the kind of employer to do that when it’s not from our mistake. I’m also not going to deny them lunch, no only is it wrong and immoral, but it’s illegal. You’re free to say whatever you wish Daniel, but you never received our services. Our reviews above are from actual clients, some of those may have had similar experiences at first with a slightly later arrival than planned because of another job, but they handled it correctly, humanly, and respectfully. As you can see they were all very pleased with the services they received. So I’m hopeful that anyone reading this understands that and can separate the one negative review from someone who didn’t receive our services from the ones who did and can make a formal decision based on facts and action, rather then communication and tempers. Like I said I wish you all the best, and I hope that anyone working for you in the future doesn’t receive the same disrespect and punishment from you that we did. Just because your hiring us to assist you doesn’t mean that you can talk to us however you feel. We’re all human and deserve to be treated like one. We all have stress, it doesn’t need to be taken out on strangers who are trying to HELP YOU. I’m glad I hired Elite moving systems. The cost was less than a competitor that I was quoted as well but the service and professionalism was better than any expectation. Moving is stressful but from the beginning to end the team from Elite Moving made it as smooth as possible. I would definitely hire them again and refer them at every opportunity I have. They moved me from a house into an apartment and packed a portable storage unit and then a few months later they helped me move to a new home and then unpacked and reassembled all furniture from the storage unit. Awesome team and great moving company. Craig
