BEWARE! They do not care about your belongings. They have employees that do not know what they are doing. Our furniture was dropped, scrapped on the ground upside down, damaged and not handled with care. They were late, they took an almost 2 hour lunch while we waited at the storage building for them and tried to charge us for that time. The owners do not care and will not do anything about it, they offered $126 for all of our damaged furniture. Horrible customer service and they do not care about you or your belongings!! I would give them 0 stars for their review if I could.

We decided to use blue line moving for our recent move and I’m so glad we did. They were very professional and timely, efficient, and organized with their process for helping us pack our house up as well as load it up for moving. My only regret was that I wish I had looked into them driving the truck for us too to unload at our destination, I didn’t realize we could have them do that and it would’ve saved us the scary hassle of driving a giant uhaul from Dallas to Austin :) the moving company we used once we got to Austin was not nearly as good as these guys, it would’ve been much better to have had them unload! if you are looking for a full service move across the state or a minor moving job, I highly recommend them.

Ellis County Blue Line Moving just finished our move and they were great! We moved last year and used a different company, big mistake then. These guys were so efficient and fast! They got done in one hour what took the movers last year 4 hours to get loaded! Garrett, Abraham, and Matthew were amazing! They were polite and professional! I'll definitely be using them again if we move and I'll be suggesting them to all my friends!
