  In December 2021, this company's movers caused an estimated $1200 in damage to our entryway. They not only caused damage to the walls, they also damaged our hardwood floors. They have repeatedly dodged or delayed communications regarding our requests for reimbursement for the damage, and we may need to take them to court. I highly discourage anyone from using them.

  They didn't show up. Surprise! Read their reviews. Don’t do business with these people. Last Sunday I went to some internet site and requested a mover - filling out the addresses, volume of stuff, desired moving date, etc. I got text replies from 5 or 6 movers, one was Jason from Established Moving. Jason is the owner. Sunday, Dec 12, Jason asked me a bunch of questions, gave me a quote and penciled us in for a move on Saturday Dec 18. On Monday I asked him more questions and on Thursday I asked what time the crew would arrive on Saturday. Jason said “between 8am and 9am.” Today, Saturday, I texted Jason at 9 am asking if the crew was on the way. No response. At 9:30 I called their office, they did not have us a booked move. They said they had tried to call me on Friday for information, however they did not leave a voice mail, or text me. While they didn’t actually say that this was my fault, they did not take any responsibility for this. Jason, you should send me a check.

  One of my best friends had recommended this company, so I decided to give them a try. The initial phone call was pleasant enough, the "fully refundable" deposit was paid, and the confirmation emails and phone calls leading up to the move were good, but that's where it stopped. I had a Fri 8-9am appt, and I was told I would be the first client for the day. The night before, I received a call about their truck not being unloaded and asked if the appt could be moved to 12-3pm. 3pm rolls around and I have not heard anything and no one has shown up, so I reached out and was given another excuse and a new time of 4-5pm. 5pm rolls around and I have not heard anything and no one has shown, so I reach out again and am told the truck is stuck in dead stop traffic and that they're on the way. Given how late it was getting (past 6pm) and given no certainty in ETA, I expressed concerns and was given the option to reschedule for the next morning, Sat 8-9:30am. I also expressed concerns for the delays and I was told that that time was guaranteed bc I'm the first customer for the day and that I would be "their #1 priority." So guess what... 9:30am the next morning rolls around and I haven't heard anything and no one has shown up, so I reach out. I was given the same excuse that their truck was not yet unloaded and that it was going to be pushed back to 12-1pm. I told them I'm taking my business elsewhere and that I want my refundable deposit back. Edwin said it will be fully refunded in 3-5 business days. I'm getting into the 4th business and still no refund in sight. I have emailed the company and general manager Mitchell Horowitz, and I have not received a response. Their lack of communication and utter disregard for their customers' time is unprofessional and unacceptable. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Please look elsewhere for your moving needs and avoid this shady business!
