Always have issues with Estes delivering my online orders to Home Depot. Many times have had the updated information say "customer refused" on an "attempted delivery". Many times on a Friday and then have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Try getting a hold of Estes on a Friday after 4:30 or the weekend, it will not happen!!!! Bottom line is that Estes has lazy drivers that will not deliver if a dock isn't immediately available and then lies and says that the "customer refused". It's hogwash. Just update and say "I didn't want to deliver and didn't want to use my hydraulic lift to unload because it's a little bit harder and I'm lazy"

Estes in Corpus Christi has done a great job on my deliveries. They have been able to reschedule a deliveries to help sync them up with other deliveries. And, on my most recent delivery, the driver called ahead as requested. I appreciate their higher level of customer service.

The terminal is very small not enough room coming over in there with a set of doubles and a tandem terminal needs to be bigger more room for trucks to hook
