  Bought two vanities. I received a message that they were being delivered and no signature was required… On the message it said it would be put on my porch or in my driveway or in a covered area. It was put at the end of my driveway. When I called I was told it was due to Covid… What does Covid have to do with actually bringing it to the porch or the driveway? Leaving it at the end of the driveway is highly unacceptable. Customer service was the worst do not recommend.

  I ordered a stump grinder and chose the option of picking it up at a freight depot. This one is in Paducah KY. I live an hour away so I hitched up my trailer, secured a hand truck to it and headed off. When I got there I was told that I had been assigned the only depot in the area without a ramp and my hand truck would be of no help. An employee and I managed to slide the pallet strapped stump grinder down a steep ramp consisting of the rear gate of my trailer but it wasn't easy or very safe. Long story short : they were not equipped for much besides loading and unloading semi trucks - not sure why the seller chose this place. On the plus side the employees were very nice and helpful, my stump grinder got home safely and as of now I have 2 fewer stumps. Edit - I read the response from Estes and I have to say that I, in no way, hold them responsible for any inconvenience. The seller has the responsibility for choosing freight terminals for their customers to pick up from and should have know people might be I'll equipped to pick up here. As I said, the staff was nothing but helpful, polite and probably bent the parameters of their job description (I'm thinking about the man in the tie and dress shirt that helped me lower my freight down a slightly precarious ramp)

  Was supposed to have aheavy bathtub delivered to my home and put in front of my BIG shop building. Told the woman where to put it and gave a good description. INSTEAD it was delivered to the wrong place! Why am I not surprised
