  I placed the order for delivery of a piece of equipment through freightquote by CHRobinson. Maybe that was part of the problem. We understood delivery would be within a couple of days. It sat in Estes York location for days before it was moved to Harrisburg where it sat a couple more days. It took 8 days from pickup to delivery and it was only coming from CT to PA! No one ever contacted us about the delay. We had to call Estes daily because Freightquote could only say it was delayed!

  If I could give zero star, I will. The ESTES Harrisburg terminal is a total disaster. They never honor any delivery appointments. No customer follow up on missed deliveries. The customer has to call them to find out why a delivery wasn't done every time, then all they do is reschedule and reschedule. Customer Service is so poor!!!!!. I hate when my shipments come through ESTES

  We had such a delay in delivery. But the delivery was to be 2-6PM so what happen it was delivery 8AM the driver left it in front of garage door so your vehicle would run over it. Not all vehicles have backup cameras. This product is about 250lbs can cause extensive damage to vehicles rear. Your Driver neglected to ring the doorbell or Knock on the door. To lift or push this product was also impossible by one person. Your Driver is Very Negligent in their duties. This not a warehouse where you can just drop and leave. Even then you're supposed to get a signature from a company.
