After fighting with this company for the last three weeks on a basic delivery I had to cancel my order with home depot and reorder for store pickup. Local Estes manager would not take or return my calls, very unprofessional. I paid for and was expecting home delivery and they don't have the equipment to complete the delivery near my house and the only option was to rent a truck and meet them in a parking lot somewhere to pick it up. This is hands down the worst customer service I've experienced and will avoid purchasing anything that has to be handled by this company.
