Estes (Altoona) has been pushing out delivery date every day for over a week now. Contacted them asking when my shipment will be delivered, with zero response. Home Depot should stay away from using them for larger deliveries.

Very good communication and very professional. Hats off to the driver today (Bob Potts) delivery was to a hard to reach bad roads kinda area but he made it there with a smile and was very professional! Thanks Bob and Estes Express!

I used Estes Express Lines to haul a automobile rear end from North Carolina to a garage in Pennsylvania. They took extra special care in handling this item, even went as far as to take pictures and send them to my cell to ease my mind of damages. Service was as quick as any in the industry. Very professional and solid carrier.
