  Completely ridiculous delivery company. So I had an AC condenser to be delivered by these guys which was a total of 5 miles away from the pick up location, well guess what, after about 20 phone calls I made to them and zero they made to me, after countless lies and delivery windows missed, the package traveling all over the nation with 5 different pro numbers I randomly received it one day sitting in my driveway without notice, and damaged, this was 3 weeks later for a 5 mile trip. Truth is they can't be trusted and find and delivery company to us.

  They just have poor sevice. Very unresponsive when it comes to delivery needs. I even setup an appoinment and they called me from a number I could not call back on and then proceeded to blame me that they did not have a suite number. Suite number should have been communicated via Amazon purchase.

  If I had two more thumbs I'd give this company four thumbs down! They've manage to lose our shipment. we called numerous times and talk to numerous people and to no avail we still haven't haven't received our pallet. customer service hasn't done anything to help. basically told my company were out of luck. beware doing any business with estes
