  For five years I have rented residential property managed by the owners of Eufaula all dry who apparently does business under the name of Autumns Rentals as well. I guess they collapse the rental business with the storage business because that's where I get my communications from them and where I deliver the rent to them. They have been decent landlords for five years.... During this time they have been in the house to do minor repairs and during these years hey have complimented me several times for the very good condition of the property..... but soon as I had to request a release of my lease due to medical reasons .. . I am a 100% totally and permanently disabled veteran... Their attitudes changed towards me. After giving them limited access to the residence to do a renovation while I'm moving, mind you I am still leasing from them until the middle of February, they literally took over tenancy and attempted to limit my access to this property.... They wouldn't even let me place my second vehicle in the carport and would not respond to my multiple requests to do so until I finally had to take action. Once they began one renovation they asked that I contact them whenever I want to come onto the property I am renting from them!!!! They had decided to renovate the entire house Well I am still paying the utility bills. Pretty cheeky. In any case I have good legal counsel and am advising any older person or disabled person with a deteriorating medical condition consider twice before renting from or doing business wish Jared and Autumn Sinor. Their professed sensibilities apparently don't jive with their financial liabilities. And I have to ask myself wouldbJared or Autumn want somebody to treat their own mother like that?

  Gloria Deleon, I have never slandered your name or done anything to dishonor our agreement with you. However, the only reason I am doing any repairs is because you had 3 dogs and you smoked in the home for 5 years. The carpet smelled horrible and I couldn't get the smell out of the home. According to the contract you signed under Leased Property and I quote "The Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the Property has been designated as a smoke-free living environment. The Tenant and members of Tenant’s household will not smoke anywhere in the Property nor permit any guests or visitors to smoke in the Property." So in order to re-rent the home I had to take the carpet out and put new floor down. Which has cost me thousands of dollars I shouldn't have had to spend. All I have asked for was that you continue to pay rent till I can get it re-rented and leave the utilities on to prevent the pipes from freezing. According to your contract your term doesn't end till June 3rd, 2020. Since you have never stopped complaining I already had the utilities switched, so your not even paying the utilities and I also offered that if your bill was above your normal average, I would pay the difference. Gee who does that? I have never denied you access to the home just politely asked that you didn't go walking on the wet floors. I have gone above and beyond to try and help you finish moving. I offered to carry what little you have left to the car or to put it in the shed so you could easily access it, but you told me NO. You gave me permission to go in and do repairs as necessary and show the home. Its not my fault you purchased a home, knowing your contract wasn't up till June 3rd, and didn't bother to give me proper notice. I don't have to legally release you from your contract but I was going to to be nice since you have been a long term renter. Your inability to properly communicate has landed you in this situation, now you are SLANDERING my good name. Wow thanks a lot, I really thought you were a better person than this but time always tells about people and I have no worries because I never did you wrong. Hope you have a blessed day!
