We hired said mover (broker) designating EXACT pickup day and delivery day. Actual Moving company had us wait for them from 1pm till 8pm when they finally told us they wouldn't be there till the next morning. Our delivery date was then actually 2 weeks passed the requested date. Meanwhile, Everest would not take our calls during this 2 week waiting period. Worse yet, moving company then did not give us the 24 hours notice as promised for delivery and THEN they sent one guy to unload the truck which included a piano (which obviously one guy could not do himself). SOOOO frustrating! Never again with Everest or the moving company!

I already posted on yelp, but this company is amazing. They are very kind and professional. My movers cancelled on the day of so i was scrambling and crying trying to figure out how to get my stuff out of my apartment before the new tenants move in. David took a night shift to help me move my stuff out of the apartment then helped me figure out a plan to transport my belongings to the final destination (he could only help me move my stuff out and not deliver it bc it was out of state and very last minute). I would highly recommend anyone to use his services if they’re in the area!!

I normally don't write reviews but this one, I just couldn't pass by not writing one. They were SUPER efficient and professional and it was the best movers I have ever hired. They are also extremely respectful and kind. I had few stuff that I wasn't able to fully pack like computers/electronics but they came up with a solution right away. 100% satisfied with the service and will be recommending them to my friends.
