  "I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company today. I ordered around $9,000.00 of furniture and paid 19% shipping from one company who then turned around and subcontracted Expedite WNY to deliver my order. Expedite WNY showed up with the order and informed me that they were going to drop 9,000.00 plus dollars of furniture in the middle of a storage unit parking lot during a snow storm and just take off because the driver said he did not think he could get his lift over the lip of the storage unit. I was informed by the driver at the time of delivery that they only do "curbside drop off". Mind you they were delivering 11 twin mattresses, 8 full mattresses (plus a bunch of other items) that were all wrapped into one massive ball of mattresses. How in the world do you say to someone at the delivery (not before the delivery) that you only do "curbside drop off" ? So, now moving on to how to handle the situation, I ask the driver for the phone number of his supervisor. I call the number and the man i spoke with was one of the most unhelpful and nastiest people i have had the displeasure of dealing with. This company 's website states, "The key to expedite’s success and customer satisfaction has always been Jack’s commitment to integrity and putting his customers needs at the top of his priority list." Well I really hope it wasn't Jack that spoke so rudely to me today because if it was then your whole company's mission statement and values are a bunch of B.S. I will never recommend this freight company to a single supplier or individual. They do not care about their customer at all, in fact they will tell you so if you ever have the displeasure of having to deal with these people. I was told when I called that my order meant so little to them that they did not care what my delivery experience had been with them because "they only received my order this morning as a third party contractor". Apparently your order only matters if you directly contract through them not through a second or third party company. That line of thinking is pretty dumb considering Expedite is a company that transports other companies freight. WARNING THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE"
