Stay Away from these people. They are very slow. I opted for 3 men and truck. They showed up truck with out ramp and every item they keep in truck all 3 people are lifting item and wasting time. They are very slow and just burn time for money. To move 8 items they took 11 hours and also charged for 1 hour to reach from their place to my home. Why I have to pay for that. Overall had very bad experience.

RUN!!!!!!!! Stay away!! Whatever you do stay away. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. They were 7 hours late to begin with. Took another 4+ hours to move only a small handful of items. Quality of the move was so slow and horrendous. Forced me to pay cash at my house before they would leave. Messed up my walls big time. When I called and spoke with the manager I got Robert. Awful!!! He could not care less that his people were late, slow, ruined my items and walls. Continually told me he would call me back to get no such call. Robert made a terrible experience even worse!!

This most recent move would make it the third move I've done with express movers. And unfortunately the last. I don't have any complaints about my first two moves, and if it wasn't for those experiences this would probably be a 1 star review. Recently however there was some good, but mostly bad. I'll start with the good. The movers arrived within their quoted timeframe (sort of, see below). We received 5 movers instead of the contracted 3 for no additional cost. The movers were very quick and took very few rest breaks. Now for the bad. They were scheduled to arrive between 7-10am. I had the rest of my day scheduled around them arriving no later than 10am. At around 745 they called and asked if they could reschedule to 11-3 and I told them that wasn't acceptable because of the rest of my arrangements that day. There's a lot to be done when you move homes. They said they'd call me back when they figured out whatever their issue was, but never did and ended up arriving at 9am. Still within their original estimate but poorly communicated. The 3 of them emptied my home in about an hour. Upon arrival to the new house 2 additional movers arrived one of whom was Robert, the owner, who I have worked with on both my previous moves. He's very professional and respectful. The movers started unloading the truck. Everything was labeled first floor or second floor. I have a bad back and can't move them up and down stairs myself, which is why they were labeled for the movers. Numerous items ended up in the wrong place causing me issues with unpacking. Our mattress was covered in dirt and debris and my wife had told me it was because one of the movers laid it down in the yard. I have no idea why someone would think to do that. Our bookshelf was place in my office upside down. Robert had to go tell them to flip it over. Our furniture was drug across our brand new flooring. I discovered a big dent in my mini fridge and now the thing makes loud popping noises when the cooler turns off. I imagine I'll have to replace it soon. When bringing the bookshelf up the stairs they dinged and scraped it again our wall causing the paint to chip and rub off. I now have two nice dents in our brand new house. Some of the movers had a nasty habit of dragging their feet upstairs on our brand new carpet. The carpet was filthy by the time they left. I expressed my concerns to Robert about them constantly hitting my walls going upstairs and he spoke with his movers but the damage was already done. He left it to me to touch up the paint. Exactly what I have time for when I'm busy with a new house. We offered them water bottles because it was hot out. When they were done with their waters they dumped the empty bottles in the corner of my garage rather than in the trash can that was set up in the kitchen literally right next to the garage door. At the end of all this the person who called their office to generate my invoice asked me if I'd like to tip in cash or on the check I was writing. Overall this most recent experience was utterly terrible. The new people they have hired are unprofessional and have no respect for other people's belongings. This was a brand new house we moved into and I feel like his employees were being blatantly disrespectful.
