  Jeff was extremely helpful and squeezed us in during a massive time of need while he had almost 100% occupancy. Some how, he found a perfect space for us in the 11th hour and provided outstanding customer service the whole way.

  I had a very bad experience with this storage place. Not only many mice, but also lots of stink bugs got into my storage unit after I locked my unit and left town, mice droppings are everywhere when I reopened the storage 5 months later, mice went in most of my cardboard boxes bite almost everything they like. Two luxury mattresses both are ruined by mice urine and droppings. I found two mouses homes with multiple mice inside, stink bugs were still alive mid-February. I was speechless when I first saw my entire houseful belongings were ruined like this when I stored them in storage.
