  I had the best experience at Extra Space storage! My friends and I go to Gonzaga and wanted to store our things while we were away for the summer. We researched a few other places, which resulted in some nervousness about prices and reliability. We stopped by Extra Space storage feeling pretty disheartened about our results. Right away, we knew we wanted to rent here. The facility is incredibly nice and clean, and we liked that it was off the road, so we didn’t have people watching as we stored our things. Heidi made us feel comfortable the second we walked through the door, and ensured that all our needs and wants were met. She showed us the unit we wanted, and even offered to give us a call if she was almost out by the time we wanted to rent. They also have incredible prices!! Knowing nothing about storage going into this process, we were nervous about being manipulated, but Heidi made it seem like we were talking to a friend. She explained everything, and made us feel so comfortable with the process! We will definitely be coming back every summer! Thank you Heidi!!

  The service was exemplary. We were taken through the system and around the facility. We were explained the does and don'ts. The parking space is very close to the main entrance making it easier to access as one carries the items. The restrooms and the entire building are were well maintained and very clean. In addition there is adequate security. If one is looking for storage space ; this is the place to be!

  Very nice and clean storage units and with the cold weather it's nice to have climate control. Heidi was extremely helpful and very friendly. She made renting a storage unit easy and saved my life when I got there and had too much stuff for the unit I had rented and was able to transfer me to a larger unit on the spot. She went the extra mile and made what could have been very bad experience work out.
