Renting online is something you should not be offering because you don't give the gate code (even temporary) just a unit number. No floor nothing else. 200 $ I paid to sleep in my U-Haul on the street. On your answer system you said you were coming back at 9 am at 9am you put a message that you are observing the holiday and won't be back until Monday. I have never been back . Being so put off by this I rented space at U-Haul storage. I understand the holidays but just don't give false information to get my money.. I would come over before months end to make sure I am not charged again!
