  Excellent experience. Everything was handled by phone. I received all the pertinent information by phone and email. Then when I came to the building and entered my pass code, it worked perfectly. When I got to my unit, the key was inside as stated. Once I had everything inside the unit, the lock worked perfectly, as well. It all went as smoothly as it possibly could have gone. It all started with a return call to me from the nice and helpful young lady working in the office there. She made it all happen. I am extremely pleased with the experience. It is also worth mentioning that when I arrived with my to-be-stored items, the front door was open and there were multiple carts ready for use by me, for the purpose of transporting my boxes to the unit. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

  Taylor explained the sign up process and helped me through signing of all the documents. Taylor has excellent customer service skills and explained the entire process of the facility and how to find my unit. Taylor made the entire process very easy and I would like to say she did an Outstanding job.

  My husband and I are building our house and saw a furniture place that was going out business. We went there on a whim and ended up buying quite a bit of furniture 😊. I called Extra space storage and Linzie was incredible. I explained that we needed a storage unit immediately, and she helped me through the process quick and efficiently. I explained that we would not be back to the area in time before the office closed, and she eased my worries and we are able to unload our truck tonight!! I have been very impressed with this storage facility and I highly recommend using them for any storage needs. Make sure to ask for Linzie because she is the best!!!
