  The ES staff was/has been great! The young lady that enrolled us in November 2021/recently Philip when I contacted the office early this morning. My reason for contacting the office was due to a significant space increase and miscommunication on the mail/notification process. Philip explained the policies and procedures well. However, in response, I asked if I could speak with Corporate or his Manager. Not that he hadn’t done his job, but because I wanted to petition my request as I have to travel end of week and didn’t know about the significant current month increase. Philip told me he’d check into it and I’d probably hear back in a couple of days. Well, Philip called me in about an hour or so with blessed news! In spite of the mail miscommunication (us), but more importantly, because of our excellent performance, returning customers and account management, a full credit (difference between the old/new rate) had been processed!!!! Yes! Customer Service at its finest. With everyday necessities going up, everyone is trying to best plan and budget financially to continue to meet monthly obligations. We appreciate how our situation was handled. Nice meeting you Philip and thanks again to you/your Management Team for resolving this matter quickly.

  The site manager Phil was extremely helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit. Phone transaction was quick and he sent over the rental agreement papers quickly. He was upfront with me about vehicle storage guidelines which was good. The 10x30 unit itself was as expected. Single bulb on a timer, not the cleanest (kind of dusty, holes in walls where rodents can get in, one big live cockroach found). It's not an indoor temp controlled unit but well priced for the size. I might look elsewhere for longer term storage, or at least I would make sure all my things are sealed.

  Customer care was great. Clean, quiet, great space for multiple cars to fit next to unit. Store manager Phil went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I make sure I have the perfect storage for my needs. Customer Care Rep LD took his time to walk me through the application process make sure I understood what I was signing. Made me feel comfortable to come back to him if I felt my needs weren't me👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
