  The process from beginning to end and getting my extra space storage space was great! Tony Ramos, the store manager at the Shirlington location on 4 mile run provided great customer service and answered all of my questions. In a matter of a few minutes I secured my space and was provided with detailed info. He also answered all of my questions. When I went today to store a few things, I could not find my storage space immediately and Tony assisted me, and showed me the closer loading dock to park and unload and help me secure a cart to move things. A great experience. Highly recommend this location. It was easy from start to finish.

  This place is great! Very clean and convenient. Tony and Josh were very helpful. I booked online and after getting there and finding it wasn’t a ground floor unit as expected, Tony helped me get a ground unit for even less money! Josh walked me all around and took me to the new unit, and even set the combo on the lock for me! Great service and nice people. Great place to rent storage.

  After the monthly rate on my unit increased, I stopped by the office to see if I could get something smaller. Josh was able to find me an open unit on the same floor and section as my original unit and for half the price. He was very thorough in going over the transfer process and making sure I understood everything. I'm very happy with the high level of customer service I received and of course, very happy to be saving money with my new unit.
