Jenni was very helpful. I had researched several storage places because the facility we were with for 6 years would not consider working with us in the price. I made arrangements with the call center over the phone and Jenni completed the transaction in person the next day. She showed us several units before we choose one. We opted to pay a year up front to lock in the price. I referred a friend and they also switched to this unit.

We started with a larger storage unit (10x15) 6 months ago, and then just recently downsized to a smaller unit (5x9). The employees and knowledgeable and quick to make changes happen. They know what the local market prices are and try their best to take care of their customers to keep them here.
