This was the second time we used extra space storage as it was convenient to our location. Our first experience they raised the price approx 20% per year which wasn't awful. In our second experience, in less than a year, they raised the monthly rate by over 100%, citing that this was the new "going" rate. Buyer beware is all I can say and don't count on Extra Space Storage being a long-term affordable storage solution.

Just rented a storage unit here and was very pleased with the customer service. Also... I called at least 8 other places and found that Extra Space Storage had the lowest price. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
