  When I first got the unit I was told my monthly rate was gonna be $94 a month for the life of my stay. Few months goes by and it jumped to $114. I called and asked why and all I was told was that they weren’t sure why it went up and they could give me a refund for that month but that’s it. Little longer goes by and it jumps to $198 a month. An $80 jump with no text,email or phone call to let me know it was gonna jump. After the second time of that ,how did I know it wasn’t gonna jump to $278 the next month? So we just left, didn’t know this concrete box was gonna get treated like an apartment. If it’s $94 a month, it’s $94, not 198 some months later just cuz “the market” or whatever magical term you wanna use. But I get it,gotta get every penny.

  Extra Space Storage was just the place I needed to store things when my property was being remodeled and going on the market for sale. Wouldn’t believe it would have taken 5 months before collecting everything. Staff was so friendly towards me and my family. Thanks for being there for me.

  Monica was very helpful on helping find a climate controlled storage on such short notice . She was very friendly over the phone and amazing , personable , and informative in person . I left with no questions she covered everything and made the process so easy .
