  Let's be blunt, moving sucks. Lisa at Extra Space Storage makes the storage part of it so much better. From her helpful, personable, yet professional demeanor to her ability to somehow keep the place always looking clean. It's never dingy or looking like your entrusting your stuff to some sketchy access to the master key kinda place. Top notch service and facility

  The Extra Space Storage facility on Penn Ave. in Bloomington was referred to us by a friend, who had used them last year. We made an appointment with the manager Lisa. She was very pleasant, explaining how the process worked, and showed us three different storage size options. After taking a few days to decide what was right for us, we came back and saw Lisa again, and signed up for a 10' x 10' size. We have begun using our space, and so far have been very pleased with our choice.
