Everyone associated with this company is awesome. Had a glitch with my Rapid Rental, and I had no time for glitches, I made a phone call to corporate and Christian got everything in order for me. I love the facilities security measures. When I filled my first unit Ryan and Doug in Lexington took great care of me getting a second unit right across from my first unit. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a storage unit.

I was very impressed by the efficiency welcome and clear instructions I received from the store manager Doug who was extremely helpful to me when I came with my movers to unload everything in storage, The facilities were clean and in great shape.

With this being my first month I really like the place they have a lot of security which I do love the place is very clean and the staff is very very friendly the size of the units is perfect and they give you a free lock when you sign up which I thought was awesome and I love how their locks are these are very different locks
