  Mike t the Cortez Road location is awesome. Nice, considerate, knowledgeable. Always conversational, upbeat. Location is always clean. Been a customer with Extra Space Storage for 2 years now. Never had a bad experience with their employees. Awesome place to do business.

  Great experience overall! My only complaint is that the hours of business are kind of confusing. The hours on both doors say the they are open: Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm Sat 9:00am - 5:30pm Sun. CLOSED But really, they are closed on Thursdays and Sundays The Manager, Mike, is very helpful and knowledgeable!
