It was an awesome experience! Very easy and quick. Brandon and Justin were very friendly and sociable. Really made me feel at ease with my decision. Those 2 really made it an awesome experience and are mostly the reason I went ahead and purchased a storage unit. Would highly recommend too anyone looking for storage at a reasonable price !

Great customer service, Brandon was great to work with and helped us find the best option for my daughter. You can tell he actually cared about us and not about getting a sell which meant a lot to us with this move going on. I highly recommend you come here just for the customer service, they are on the high end of the price point but well worth it.

Brandon was great to work with. He went out of his way to find us the right unit and helped save us a lot of money at the same time. He got us a unit at their Hickory location as they had the one we needed and it fit our budget lot better. He was okay with us not renting at his place as you could tell he cared about his customers more than the money part of it. This is by the best customer service we have had in a long time.
