  I went to the Jefferson Ave location , and at first thought at first it may be a further away than I wanted it but it was ok. I spoke with Tristan who was soooo much help! He answered each and every question several times with patience and rendered excellent customer service! The unit ended up being a little smaller than I needed but he took care of that too! My experience thus far has been great.

  Extra Space Storage is a scam!!! They will steal your money. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, ESPECIALLY IN NEWPORT NEWS!!! Currently they have overcharged me for 2 years and it wasn't until I requested an upgrade to another unit maybe at a more affordable rate that I realized they are thieves. When I finally got through to the general manager they offered me a $20 credit I cannot stand this company and I will be removing my stuff from this facility as soon as possible.

  This Place is AWESOME ! I got a promo for one month free , also had to switch units because i ordered the wrong one .. they waived the transfer fee for me same day ! When I needed help the man at the front desk was soo polite and sweet ! He helped me and made everything easier ! I don’t know his name personally but he was great and very cute too !
