I stored my car there for a few months while out of the country. Super helpful on the day of my check in as I was driving in from out of town and they helped me take care of everything over the phone since I would arrive after closing. When I returned to pick up my car (whose battery had since died) Laura in the office was so helpful and kind while I waited for AAA to come replace the battery on a freezing day! Absolutely would recommend thanks to the great service!

We were welcomed by Mike as soon as we arrived. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Showed us the 2 sizes of unit we needed to see and answered all of our questions. The paperwork was completed, and everything was explained well.

I normally do not write reviews but feel the need in this case. I recently visited the Blue Sapphire Self Storage facility and was impressed by how clean everything was especially for a storage unit facility. Felt like my belongings would be taken care of there due to the constant upkeep of the common areas. Laura and AJ were so helpful and were able to answer all of the questions and concerns I had about getting a unit there from the hours I was able to access my belongings to pricing on each sized unit. They really know their information and how to make a great impression on potential new customers. My experience with Blue Sapphire Self Storage has definitely made me want to return as well as recommend to anyone in the area.
