  As the owner of a local moving company finding quality self storage options is very important to us. This facility is modern and clean. Also Jill and the staff are always helpful and professional. I highly recommend these good folks for your self storage needs.

  I have used this facility in Falmouth on three separate occasions since 2013, and am about to do so again. The facility itself is unbelievably clean, custom built and very secure, this family run business is very professionally run, they greet me by name and are always very helpful. I am not sure why one would choose any other storage facility in the local area if you wanted somewhere to store your goods & chattels given the options that are out there when compared to Falmouth Climate Controlled Self Storage........ and the Solar generated power is another example of their innovative approach.

  Falmouth Self Storage has got to be one of the worst businesses in the state of Mass. and quite possibly in the entire United States. They are completely unprofessional in every capacity. You will be lucky if you are able to get in touch with anyone at the facility because it is typically unoccupied which further supports the fact that their customer service is non-existent. The staff is incredibly rude, and when you have any sort of question you are inconveniencing them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Do yourself a favor and store your belongings anywhere but here unless you enjoy spending your money at a place of business that appreciates your business zero and has no problem making sure you know that!
