  4-star review only because I always believe in improvement, not because of any negative experience. My experience was VERY good. Clean & secure gated facility. Friendly, helpful staff/owners willing to work with you if you are upfront with them and don't wait to the last second. I thought the charge for the lock if it had to be replaced was high, accidents happen and people lose keys all the time. I didn't lose mine and won't he charged a lock fee, but still a pretty high fee if I did and would rather of used my own lock if allowed.

  Great facility. My wife rented a unit and I stored my car there over the winter. It's fenced and secured, there are cameras all over, and it's lit up nicely at night. The office is nice, and the people there all seem very friendly and very willing to help answer any questions I had about my unit or my bill. The guy who's mad about the oil stain in his unit must not have considered using a drip pan or even a piece of cardboard. I didn't think my car had any oil leaks, but I still put an old piece of cardboard under it just because it didn't cost anything for me to do, and took no time. As it turns out, my car being older, it did have a few oil drips on the cardboard when I pulled it out this spring. But that simple piece of cardboard got my full deposit back. I'm adding onto my garage this year so I probably won't be back, but if I ever need storage again, this will be the first place I go.

  Dont rent there but I like the fact that there's always some one on site during the days. Not many people do. And also the owner used his tractor to push my car out that was buried in 2 feet of snow! How great is that!?
