  We have only good to say about the team who helped us move from near Saint Louis to near Dyersburg, Tennessee! Kim and her team of packers did an expert job! Nothing, not even my valuable Wedgwood china, was damaged. The boxes were precisely labeled by room with identifying items, which was so helpful upon arrival! Shane's team of loaders were able to pack our full load to ensure everything arrived undamaged. We had another stop with some of our furniture, which I thought might cause problems, but the Tennessee team of delivers did everything without a hitch. They all worked together as a team with very few breaks, and no one expressed any conflict, argued, or swore. We are still opening our boxes ourselves, because I still need to decide on how to better arrange my library of books, but the furniture assembly went so well that I was already putting my china in the hutch before they left. We were extremely satisfied with these helpful, considerate, and kind people who became our friends in only three days. We strongly recommend them to anyone planning their move! Thank you to the entire team!

  I have used Federal for two moves. Both included packing, storing, and moving. I cannot say enough good things about the company. They excel at moving! They are professional, dependable, and organized. I want to especially thank Ellen who coordinated both moves. She is an impressive first point of contact. She is fast and accurate in estimating the needs of the customer. Shane and Kim were the moving crew leaders! Wow! They were extremely thorough and careful. It was a pleasure working with both of them for two days! Finally, a huge than you to Tim who was one of the movers. He worked his tail off! I appreciated his commitment to get the job done!
