I needed my freight. I was going to go get but it was already loaded and on route. They contacted the driver and he re-routed to my plant to deliver as quickly as possible. They didn't have to but they did. Thank you to the Conroe TX location.

My family and myself are really disgusted with FedEx with the lack of quality delievery service. It's throwed by the gate, in the ditch, in the rain. We have a covered porch and they will not bring the packages to the porch. Lousy service.
