HORRIBLE experience with Valdosta FedEx Freight Center!Missed 1st scheduled delivery date because shipment was put on the wrong truck to Texas,when we live an hour away from the Valdosta Ga. FedEx Freight Center.When it finally arrived back on a 2nd scheduled date,it was put off because they had no-one to deliver.Felt as if I needed to pick it up myself so it would not be mishandled any further.Along with the fact that its apparent no-one wanted to "Make it Right" and expedite the delivery to make up for lost time needing the shipment and being put out!On arrival at the Valdosta Ga. FedEx Freight Center the package was mangled up,had holes punched through and crushed areas.Apparently been dropped several times already.Then the forklift driver dumps the 400lb. shipment onto the concrete while loading causing more damage.The whole experience was unprofessional and unacceptable.Do yourself a favor, steer clear from using the Valdosta Ga. FedEx Freight Center or they all from management to the workers will literally wreck your day!!!

Haven't received my package in four days. I'm still waiting. (Good Tracking info) But today Friday July 31 2020 @2:17 pm in Valdosta Ga on Jerry Jones (a very busy and curvy two lane road). A box truck delivery driver does a last minute turn directly in front of me less than 100 ft. I'm in a lifted 4x4 about to either go through this businesses truck or about to go head on with traffic, possibly causing a numerous amount of injuries or possibly even worst. The most negligent driver I've seen by you guys company. Some PLEASE look into this. I'm on the review site because I received five or six "1(800)" numbers. Not one to the main office. I was on hold for about 10 minutes listening to elevator music. Can't really reach anyone, but I will see them Monday about this reckless driver. Could've been anyone that could've went into a panic and lost controll if I wasn't me.
