FedEx continues to be a PITA. They've always been the worst, they are the worst and they'll continue to be the worst, delivery choice of the Big 3...UPS, FedEx and USPS. I have a freight item at the local terminal. It arrived on Thur. I called Fri morning to let them know I'd like to pick it up because they can't get a freight truck to my home. Sorry...gotta wait til Monday when the delivery is scheduled unless I can get the shipper to send a letter authorizing me to pick up my package. So now Monday's gonna roll around, I won't get the item because the driver will take it back to the terminal because he can't deliver it to my house because a truck won't get up there. And then I'll have to waste more time and effort because FedEx is a PITA. I'd rather drive across country and pick something up myself than use FedEx.

Had to pick up some freight the guys were nice helpful gave me a courtesy call tell me my freight would be in there A-day early then I was expected.
