Okay so I live over at the Phoenix Village apts in Muskogee Ok. And the delivery driver has delivered my packages twice to the wrong house. If you ask me he should be fired. The last time was on a Saturday and I walked all over the neighborhood looking for my packages with my 2 year old son. The whole reason people buy online is so their stuff can get delivered to them. I don’t have a vehicle and honestly I think if this fed ex driver can’t tell the difference between a 1 and 8 maybe he should be fired/let go. It’s super simple I live at 101 not 108. Where he’s getting this second 8 is incredibly confusing. A 1 doesn’t even look like a 8. Poor service. If I had the option to have a different service delivery deliver my packages from Walmart I would in a heartbeat. It’s hard enough walking around in 100 degree weather trying to find my packages with a toddler. When it should’ve been done right the first time. Then I have to deal with lazy customer service saying they won’t be able to do anything until Next Tuesday!! Also the customer service tells me that the local fed ex station is closed!! Make sure you have the right address and it gets to a actual person!! It’s not that hard!!!! If I could give less then a star I would!

My ($200) Nexus phone was delivered to my front door in Muskogee, OK on Saturday 26 MAR 2016. Problem....I was sitting right next to my front door......No Fed EX man appeared with my phone. I discovered the delivery date today TH 31 MAR 2016 when I looked for the delivery info. You really SUCK, FED EX Ground. Advised Google fi customer rep to send my next phone via UPS or even USPS with signature. Again, you really SUCK , FED EX Ground. Respectfully William Risenhoover
