Truckers who never been here there are two FedEx locations on one is 100 FedEx ships and 130 is FedEx freight both on right 130 is pass the ups driveway.. there is Overnight parking but you have to drop trailer and bobtail out gate n park in car area then after break over come get empty trailer. But drivers please respect this location and not leave nasty items on the grounds n mess it up for us drivers.

Received a call informing me my shipment was available for pickup and arranged a time. They were very clear and accurate with instructions. Upon arrival I checked in with guard, who was helpful and clear as well. Directed me to area upon where an office personnel confirmed necessary details and directed me to the pickup location. A loader soon arrived with shipment on a fork lift and completed the loading process. Without exception, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful. Thumbs Up!

I used Windsor Locks, CT FEDEX Freight for a shipment and they were excellent! Very short wait time, professional and they even helped me put everything in my car. They took all the Covid-19 precautions including masks and distancing (I will not use any business who does not enforce these requirements). A superior experience and I will now use them for all my future freight.
