Absolutely horrible service. I have a shipment that was shipped FedEx Priority. It has been sitting in North Canton now for several days. It has said "Out for Delivery" for the past two days, Now it says "rReconsigned to new consignee". If I hadn't needed this shipment, I would have ordered it. No calls, no communications at all.

The folks here were very helpful in trying to get me to the right FedEx division I needed to be with for my shipping needs. But even they struggled to communicate between the many layers that is FedEx. I'll probably choose a different carrier next time. This is a FedEx problem and not a problem of these helpful folks.
