I have another package with a delivery exception. It was out for delivery but taken back unable to deliver because the driver won't drive to our home on a gravel road. They never call, just take the package back. It happens every time with FedEx. I called customer service but they said the shipper needs to change the address. There is nothing wrong with the address. Just lazy drivers. They are contracted drivers. FedEx should contract with someone else. These guys suck. No problems getting delivery from UPS or Speedy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Fed-Ex has taken it upon itself that they will just automatically return any packages with my mother's address to the sender. No attempt to deliver, no contact to her, just they return the shipments. What a joke.

Never had a problem with fedex until we moved. Now fedex seems to pick and choose when they will correctly deliver my packages!!! I have had 6 packages in the last 2 weeks be delivered as far as 6 hours away to a 1/4 mile away from my home. No one seems to return wrongly delivered packages either!! Fedex says they are unable to retrieve the packages to properly deliver them. Way to ruin my kids christmas fedex!!! Cant even reorder some of the lost packages!!! Choose another shipping method if you want your packages to get where intended!!! I will never intentionally choose fedex for shipping!!!
