I was supposed to have a delivery on today and they processed it on the 15th of January, and I still have not received my product they said they left it at the door. I have 24 hours surveillance and they have not even showed up at the house this is a very bad experience. They should not be used this anymore. I will tell people not to use this service and that the drivers will keep there items for themselves. And especially with meat. When I finally did get my meat there was no ice pack in the package my meat almost went bad. 0 stars

FedEx Ocala kept dropping my mail at a gate on someone else's property a mile away. They are impossible to get in touch with by phone but we explained the directions to a couple different people and added delivery notes for them to find us. They eventually sent us a postcard through usps saying they wouldn't deliver to that gate anymore but want us to come to Ocala an hour away to pick up our packages.
