My daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and her meds were supposed to be at her house the day before I called and had to threaten with our attorney to get her meds delivered that day. It was a life and death issue.

They lied about trying to deliver my package then the driver was to lazy to walk up 5 steps to put the package on my porch so it got rained on... then you customer service wants to argue about how the driver came to my house but didn't know I had a camera on front...
