Company refuses to deliver shipments to my address. UPS and USPS both deliver without issue. My neighbors have had the same problems. Last time we had a delivery out here the fedex driver threw a tantrum. They shouldn't be accepting shipments to this area if they can't follow through.

Paid for the package to be delivered to my address. Unlike ups, fedex didn't allow me to void the signature. So when i wasnt home, they held my package. I work out of town, so my days off are few and far between. So when i drive all over town trying find where my package is held, no one knows where it is or I get a wrong address. Outstanding!

Drivers too lazy to even walk down my driveway. See them sit in the fedex vehicle for a few minutes out front then I get delayed because of weather notice. Never fails even if it’s 80 degrees with no wind. Even happens when I payed for overnight. Very frustrating ups is much better even usps doesn’t do that.
