Had a mix up with the packages delivered. Contacted the Hertford office and spoke to a really helpful person. She said she would relay the delivery location to the drivers for future deliveries. I know mistakes happen, just happy it was handle in a pleasant and friendly way. Thank you!

I gave them one star only because that's the lowest I could give them! This place should be closed . Other fedex and USPS no problem,but Hertford. I had only 2 packages come from Hertford both were delivered to the WRONG HOUSE!! Calling did no good what so ever. The only reason I was able to get my packages back is because of good neighbors. The only reason this place gets 4 -5 stars is the person writing the review works there, or a relative of someone that works there CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN!!!!!
