For the most part they are great (90% of the time) It's the other 10% that isn't so great. The drivers confuse 2112 with 2212 and vise versa. So much so that we the recipients have to deliver each other's packages or not get packages that have to be signed for because the driver doesn't look at the number on our fence as s(he drives in our yard! Or another good example. Driver said he rang my doorbell to deliver a package. Not true! I have ring doorbell. He never came to my door! As with any other business, you can complain but nothing happens.

It was email that my package would be delivered between 8:05 am and 10:55 am it is now, 11 11 am.seen a lot of there trucks passed by my house. But no delivery i had to stay home because i don't want. To steal my package go a lot of that going on now in this area. I paid good money for what i order.

I wish leaving no stars was an option. I run a small business from home and unfortunately I depend on material to be shipped to my house. Over the years fed ex has gradually gotten worse and worse. I've been waiting on a package for 2 weeks now and every day it something new. Incorrect address, was the initial reason and I have called every day since then I've been told that i live in a high volume delivery area, my area is too rural, my address is incomplete, my address doesn't exist and finally today was the last straw. My item had been misplaced. I dont have any control over who ships an item when I order it but I will not ever use fed ex to ship something out myself. The customer service is horrible and the ground office is a disgrace. They DO NOT CARE about their customers, at all. I have not ever had an instance where they were delivering to my house that I have not had an issue. I just want my package. I have lost time, money and many customers over their incompetence. I am 100% not happy.
