  I'm fairly certain a driver from this hub stole 700 rounds of ammunition I had ordered. I ordered said ammo from a reputable manufacturer. I followed the progress of my package very close while in transit. It made it to the West Chesterfield terminal. It was scanned onto the truck and showed out for delivery. The package NEVER made it to my home. The package then showed delayed for a week. Then was scanned delivered to a fake name almost a full week later. Their customer service is the epitome of Uselessness. It's hard to put into words how little they care. The manufacturer says this s typical with FedEx and just chose to refund me and write the lost ammo off.

  My packages are left at my mailbox in the snow. My driveway is fine. I am currently unable to carry my packages down to my home and will have to call and ask someone for help. Typically they are delivered to my door--not sure what is going on! I am extremely happy with FedEx. I am not able to reach a real person via their website, chat or phone.

  Good afternoon On the 30rd of December I was blessed and I won a chance to buy a pair of Patent breds Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Shoes. Today is 01/06 and today was the day we’re my shoes were suppose to be delivered. I waited and at 3:17 I got a notification what said my package Has been delivered Note***. These shoes are are limited addition If you want a pair your gonna pay about 350-370 that’s even depending on your size. I go outside First I didn’t hear a car but I didn’t worry I look to my left and right no package go down to the driveway no package make further down towards my mail box no package!!!!!!! I fist thought they must’ve left it on the neighbors door step which I been living here for about 3 months and I don’t really know these people I build up some courage and walk up and asked. They said they didn’t see any package but either I hope for the best but sadly I don’t want a refund I want the shoes cause I will never be able to buy those shoes for 170. In conclusion FedEx is a pretty trash place and every other shipping company is better but Ups The superior
