Lies. Lies about having the wrong address to make delivery. Lies about weather being the reason for delay. Lies about everything. They left 3 35 pound bags of cat litter in the middle of our driveway 40 yards from my house and I am a 65-year-old woman. They ran through my bushes and ran over my outside chimes and when I called no one ever called me back. And it’s so sad. I talked with a FedEx customer service person at 800 FedEx and he said they treat them in the same way they treat their customers— never answer the phone. Don’t return calls. Leave them on hold for hours and then hang up. So so sad. Never using FedEx again and trying hard not to order from companies who do.

Says attempted delivery, but no one available? My wife and I work from home. We were here all day. The garage door was open at the time you say you attempted delivery. You just straight up didn't want to deliver my shipment because you can say you did. My guess is this truck was nowhere near my residence or just drove by to get home early. This isn't the first time something like this has happened with packages delivered via this facility. If I had a choice of choosing the shipper for my purchases, I wouldn't choose FedEx.

There is absolutely no inclement weather in the area and I am now waiting two days on a very expensive shipment and it is absolutely impossible to talk to anyone! In this area. The customer service is horrendous and there is no reason what so ever to delay a package due to weather. If you are able to actually talk to someone on the phone they can’t give you any help other than if your shipment has been delivered or not. If you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they literally talk you that “they cannot help you anymore than I can.”
