  Tracking number said package was delivered and it was not. FedEx Customers service is not helpful. They said it can take 48 hours to talk to the driver to find out where the package is. I find that unacceptable. Worse customer service department I ever dealt with. The best part is that I have a business account with FedEx and shipped and received many packages in the past without any problems until the last 2 years. I am done shipping and receiving packages with FedEx.

  Worst experiences getting packages delivered to me I’ve ever had. The last straw was trying to get a package valued over $2,000 delivered to me. Doesn’t matter. Absolute s***hole. I will always ship ups from now on. Maybe FedEx Express. But FedEx Ground I will NEVER consider an option going forward. P.S. —> Unless you know someone or can get ahold of an ops manager, there is nothing anyone on the telephone can do for you. You have no options. Out of 6 or 7 people I’ve talked to over last couple years. Only 1 was somewhat helpful. Not a single one really gave a s***. Do yourself and everyone a favor —> Take your shipping needs elsewhere.

  Not once but TWICE FedEx has said my packages have been delivered and they weren’t. The first time I got lucky and someone in my complex found out packages in the BACK STAIRWELL of my building that has a mail room and a specific entry code for FedEx to put my packages in lockers. The second time i was not as fortunate I went all around my building looking for my package when it said it was left on the front door and still haven’t gotten it and it was something that I cannot just reorder or get replaced so i had to take a loss and i am livid that this has happened for the second time. The delivery drivers should use common sense and courtesy to at least leave the packages in the leasing office instead of a stairwell and for you to say you delivered it to my front door the second time and it’s nowhere to be found is absurd.
