I really wanted to support this business. I used them about a year ago and the move was fine. I used them again recently and the experience was not good. With other movers, they prefer to do an initial walkthrough to ensure they understand the size and contents for the move. The owner chose not to do that. When he arrived, it was clear that he didn’t have enough people - just him and another person. I overheard him calling people to help throughout the day. My friend unexpectedly ended up having to assist with unloading and reassembly. Finally, he was able to get a third hand for unloading near the end of the move. This move for a two bedroom condo took an entire day and I was charged by the hour. There was no discount for my friend who had to assist. He charged full price without hesitation with a discount for one hour for breaks. I could/should have used one of the more reputable, well known movers and the move would have been completed in a matter of hours with the appropriate manpower and truck and cheaper in the end. Disappointing experience and would not use them again.

Wow... There are no words that can explain the level of professionalism from start to finish in getting me moved from one house to another. Abdul and his team were great to work with and walked me thru the process and expectations from beginning to end. Feel Good Moving put my mind at ease. They were on-time and worked with me even thru my unexpected delays. I highly recommend Feel Good Moving and will for sure use them again.

Working with Feel Good Moving Co. was the best decision we have made during our long moving process from NY to NC. They met us at our new apartment and worked quickly and efficiently to transfer our belongings into each room individually - and put the remaining items into our storage unit. Not only are they super cool guys, but their service and communication is something that you wouldn’t receive with any other company. Thank you guys - can’t recommend enough!!
