This place and places like it are what have made Springfield a great city to live in. They have been in business for over 100 years and is the models for small businesses. Cherie who took over the family business when her dad retired is doing a great job and you can tell that her employees are her number one concern. She know without great employees no company can last that long.

They moved my computer. Out of the original box and put it in another box. That wasn't labeled because it wouldn't fit back in its original box??? Now it can't be found ??with personal and information from the Gov test sight in Nevada on it! I have made my apt look like a thrift store looking through over 50 some boxes looking for it.damage done and not offered to fix other things BEWARE!

Ms White, you had the same driver at origin and destination. Your shipment was packed by owner not us. The driver said he did help you pack the computer. He thought you were struggling to fit in a box, that box had other items in it and wouldn't fit so he put it in another box for you. Everything that was loaded was inventoried and upon delivery everything was checked off and signed off. He said that you inquired about it at delivery, they found it for you and pointed it out to you and nothing else was said until weeks later. You went from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom apartment and the crew had to stack a lot of items pretty high for you to be able to maneuver through your space. We show that we inventoried and delivered 168 boxes. I understand you are giving away a lot of items due to lack of space, you may want to check there. If you have government secrets or feel that something was stolen you need to contact the police. We are sorry for any bad experience that you feel that you have had.
