  This is the WORST courier service ever. My order was on their truck to be delivered on January 15. Today is the 20th and I still don't have it. I have spoken with them numerous times and no one seems to know where my shipment is. If Staples chooses to keep using them I am going to have to find another supplier. I wish I had the option to give them negative stars.

  Keep up the good work guys! I order online frequently and this delivery service is fast and friendly unlike others I’ve met. I also send things out with this company. Springfield IL is well organized compared to past years before. I was blown away when I walked into the warehouse recently, much positive change. Very helpful and friendly warehouse staff. I am pleased to work with this company!

  This company's deliveries have been awful for the last 10 months. We have orders that say they are delivered, when they are not. We have orders delivered to the wrong buildings within the company and orders delivered to other companies with completely different names and addresses! They do not have a BOL tells them what is on their truck or how many packages go to which location - they all get thrown on a truck and you are lucky to get all your packages delivered, if at all. Worst ever.
